COMPUTER SYSTEM TERMS OF USE

ZOO Digital Group plc (“ZOO” or “Company”) makes available certain Company-provided platforms and tools (“Platforms”) that enable employees, contractors, partners and other authorized individuals (“you”) to access and share content from a computer or mobile device. These Platforms are for authorized use only.

You must keep confidential the details of your account, including your password, answers to your security questions, any multi-factor authentication device/software and any Authentication Codes. Never disclose this information to anyone, including representatives of ZOO. Your Core-ID account is exclusively for use by you and no one else. You may not share your account with others or allow anyone else to access or use your account. It is forbidden for two or more users to jointly use or share an account.

All activity and communications on the Platforms, even if password-protected, may be reviewed, recorded, and disclosed subject to applicable law. Use of the Platforms, including for sharing or storing any Confidential Information, is governed by all applicable ZOO policies. Any unauthorized use of any Platform may result in termination of access and/or legal action.

Pursuant to ZOO policies, you must promptly report to ZOO’s Information Security team (InformationSecurity@zoodigital.com) any known or suspected unauthorized use of your account or loss or unauthorized disclosure of Company information. You understand that your personal data including your name and email address may be sent to Platform providers to create and administer your account. Your personal data and any posted content may be transferred outside of your local territory.
