My account is locked, what can I do?

Your Core-ID account can become locked in one of three ways:

Password:

Multiple incorrect password attempts will temporarily lock your account for 15 minutes.
To remove this lock, reset your password using the Forgotten password link on the login page.

Security Code:

Multiple incorrect Security Code attempts (from either your App or Text Messaging) will permanently lock your account.
To remove this lock, request that your Security Questions are asked, answering them correctly will Remove Login Verification from your account.

Security Questions:

Multiple incorrect Security Question attempts will permanently lock your account.
